Allusion

Liu Ji, styled Bowen, was from Qingtian in the Ming dynasty. Skilled in classics, history, poetry, astronomy, and military strategy, he assisted Zhu Yuanzhang in unifying the realm. When Zhu planned to lead troops personally to relieve Anfeng, Liu Ji urgently advised against it and judged the move would fail. As he predicted, Zhu was trapped and escaped only with help from Xu Da and Chang Yuchun.
