Allusion

Jiang Wei, courtesy name Boyue, was a Wei general known for filial devotion and both civil and military talent. Zhuge Liang valued him and used strategy to isolate him: attacking his mother's city, confusing Wei forces with false surrender rumors, and leaving Jiang Wei with no road but to submit. Zhuge Liang received him respectfully, and Jiang Wei willingly joined Shu.
