Allusion

Xue Rengui of the Tang dynasty joined the army three times but was not recognized and served only as a cook. His battle merits were taken by others. When Emperor Taizong was in danger and pursued by Gai Suwen, Rengui rescued him and was made marshal. He later led eastern campaigns and won repeated military achievements.

By question

General Matters

The person connected with this matter may be self-sacrificing and willing to complete others. People like this are rare.

Love and Marriage

A good partner may be found in unsettled circumstances, especially when someone shows sacrifice and devotion.

If you pursue someone, ability and generosity matter. More devotion can win the heart.

Marriage should be considered only after love has been tested by hardship. If the relationship has already passed through adversity, it can be worth a lifelong commitment.

If separated, more tolerance and giving can bring the relationship back intact.

Work, Job Search, and Business

A weak economy may become the best time to find a good job, but only if you have ability. Career success requires skills stronger than competitors and the strength to pass through crises.

Exams, Competition, and Promotion

Competition is fierce and requires exceptional ability. If you pass this barrier, you can surpass others. Promotion is best sought during unsettled times, but only real talent will stand out.

Investment and Money

When the economy is low and many trades are quiet, that can be the moment to enter.

Business Trade

Business requires unusual courage and judgment. When prices and markets swing sharply, risk is high, but a sharp eye can profit.

Property

Do not follow the crowd when everyone rushes to buy. When the situation is harsh and many sell, that may be the buying moment for someone with good judgment.

Health

Important seasonal periods may bring worsening illness. If you pass those gates, a better turn appears.

Change and Transfer

Bad timing may push you to change. This is a key point of success or failure, so think from the opposite side and choose the right direction.

Pregnancy and Children

Pregnancy depends on ability and conditions. More sacrifice and initiative from the woman may help.

Legal Matters

Sacrifice and concession are advised.
