Original text

Original Chinese verse

事到头来惹事非

思量无计翻身出

撞遭罗网四边围

游鱼却在碧波池

Allusion

Zhu Maichen of Han lived in poverty with his wife, who left him because she despised his hardship. Later he became governor of Kuaiji. His former wife regretted leaving and asked to reunite. Zhu poured a bucket of water onto the steps and said that if the water could be gathered again, they could reunite. The phrase "spilled water cannot be recovered" came to mean that some bonds cannot be restored.

Translated verse

This lot shows a fish caught in a net. In all matters, caution is needed.

By question

There are traps in job choice and business. Be careful not to be locked in by hidden conditions.

Exams, Competition, and Promotion

The outlook is dark and difficult to escape. Avoid entering this competition if possible.

Investment and Money

Property

Think three times before buying. Once entered, there may be no room to turn.

Health

The more it is treated, the less favorable it may become. The larger trend is worrying.

Do not force pregnancy now. Live lightly and peacefully to avoid falling into trouble.

Legal Matters

The road of litigation is rough and likely ends in loss.

The item may already have been taken by someone else. Searching has little meaning.

Travel and Going Abroad

Distant development is hard. Nets surround the path and are difficult to escape.
